Potential HVAC problem.

I've noticed this each time I've driven the car. Yesterday, ambient temp was 7 degrees and I had the vents open and turned to moderate airflow. Temperature control set to coldest setting. Even though it was cool outside, the vents blew warm (and continued to do so), especially the one by my left hand. In any other car I've had, they would have blown quite cold - NE1 else experience this?

Re: Potential HVAC problem.

The coldest setting on the climate control is 16C (or thereabouts), so the ambient and your initial cabin temperatures would have been lower than this, so it seems reasonable for there to be warm air from the vents. If you only want cold air regardless, you can go into iDrive and set the hot/cold air mixture to 100% cold (all blue bars).
