I bought my '99 M5 privately with no warranty, but it does have full main dealer history. Will BMW contribute to the cost of quieting her down? She runs like a dream, but it's embarrassing starting her up sometimes ! If BMW won't help, (as I suspect), what will my main dealer charge? Is this a job that can be undertaken by a specialsit BMW garage? Gareth
