Post Deactivate Self Levelling System

Does any E34 M5 fans know how to deactivate this gimmick ? My shocks are worned out and I am looking to install something like KONI or Bilstein but it seems like the replacement kit with the self levelling is way to expensive.

Is it possible to cut the system? What's the procedure of doing it? Will I damage the computer system ?

Looking forward for your reply !

Thx

Tony, yes it is possible and has been done by many of us. It will not effect your computer. The details which aren't too complicated are posted on an email group "vault" which I belong to. I shall get the information and email it to you asap.

Be careful about installing Dinan stage I springs with Bilstein shocks. I did but think that stage II might be a better choice....personal preference
