Short shift

Has anyone fitted the AC Schnitzer short shift to new M5 yet?? Good results??

The ACS short shift kit is not available yet.
According to CEC, it is due out anytime now.
Apparently, the ACS 540i 6-speed kit will not work on the M5 or atleast ACS is making some mods to it.

WIll the shortshifter kit help the problem with the GEAR 1-2 shifting or "bunny hopping"?

Try to contact Emil Schmid in Switzerland. His email address is es.schaltung@bluewin.ch. He does this for all of the BMWs, Alpinas, etc. and can do everything between 6 and 9 cm shift. You can use the original gear knob.

Try looking at UUC Motorwerks. They have have a whole bunch of good stuff.
