Check control message

every few days i am getting "check control"
"important message" on my instrument cluster,
i checked the check controle module and it seems that it is sitting a bit loose, so i am thinking about a bad contact somewhere, anyone had a similar message ?

The Check Control message is also a sign of a battery that is running low.

In my case, the dealer replaced the C/Ctrl module (under warranty) and the problem persisted. Replacing the battery fixed it.
