Hello folks,

Thought I'd say hello and let you know I'm pleased to join this hallowed forum!

Like many on the board I have placed my order for an M5 but I'm 8th on my dealers list. Given the likely allocation of a demo car plus three customer cars I'm hoping for a number of cancellations to secure the car sometime next year.

My ideal spec is Interlagos Blue, beige interior and L7, other than than it's pretty well specc'ed already.

Welcome Jonboy - can you please specify exactly which colour interior? What is L7?

Cheers

L7 is the Logic 7 HiFi, an optional extra at £500. You get more speakers,sub-woofer and weapons grade sound! I believe it's manufactured by Lexicon (now part of Harmon Kardon) and is absolutely fantastic in my 545i.

Re the interior I'd like beige - assuming this is available as per current E60 options.

The nearest thing to Beige leather is Sepang leather (code LKA8) - click here for a sample:

I don't think you can simply specify a non-M5 E60 leather colour unless, of course, you go Individual
