FK Konigsport settings for track

Just had the FK Konigsports installed (some sticking and pinging problems that I posted in the general forum) and wondering what changes or settings would be optimal for track. I go to Lime Rock (bumpy) and Watkins Glen. Also, any one who has experienced sticking and or pinging sounds from new install?
