Finally Beast has arrived !!!!

hello to all,
my M5 has arrived today and I took first drive, UUUUUUH, thank you God,
first stop was (guess ???) gas station, and while I was filling my tank on
the pump next to me stopped black bmw5 with M5 front spoiler ,
4 exhaust , big alloys (not M5) but NO m5 mirrors ???? here we go again
another one wants to be M, and before I payed my bill he started and pulled off ???!!!
Hey, wait for me just few seconds, I was hoping, and then guy from gasstation said -'don't worry that was ONLY 540' .
I was realy loking forward for my first race because after that gasstation is long and straight line but I guess better luck next time.
Anyway, this is amazing car, more I look better it is.
Tomorrow I will take some picture and post it here.

Congrats on your new ride

A 540 with the mtech kit is fine and not a poser at all. The 2003 model has this option stock. Now applying quad exhaust is a perf increase and it does look better then the standard. Is that a poser...nah.

What I don't like is when ppl put a M5 badge on there non M5 ride. That is grounds for a Biatch slapping IMHO.

The 540 is no M5 but, it's no push over on the street either. There are quite a few moded e39 540's that will give you a good run.

I'd personally feel more gratified hearing what you did from the gas attendant, than wiping the floor with another 540. At least he recognized the real deal.
