M6 snapped in South Africa

Hi guys

Got this from a local website

http://www.cartoday.com/content/news/singlepage.asp?num=1&in=5619

A reader managed to snap up this M6 doing the rounds at an undisclosed location. Unfortunately the pic is a bit small but I am sure that once can make out those massive (must be 20 inch) mags.

Cheers
nalyD

Re: M6 snapped in South Africa

While it is a great looking car (other than the wheels), I wonder if it is the M6? What are the chances of seeing a totally unmasked M6, when we have not seen any unmasked M5s.. and they are due out later this year.

My gut.. that is a tuner car.

But.. hopefully the M will look something like that!

Re: M6 snapped in South Africa

i doubt that is a M6 but more a 645 with a bodykit...
however i do believe the front of the M6 will look somewhat like that.

The picture shows that there is a lot of potential in this car. Tuned, photoshopped or stock.

Re: M6 snapped in South Africa

As Guust has said. That picture shows what potential the 6 series has. Large wheels and aggresive aero kit would give the 6 some real road presence.

Re: M6 snapped in South Africa

We definitely have not seen those wheels before on a BMW M test mule but it sure shows the potential of what the M6 could look like. If they do go with 20" wheels, is someone going to come up with a more suitable name than "dubs" for our beloved M cars?
