It's official:6-series
BMW pressoffice has today released the first official pictures of the new 6-series and it looks amazing. It will be launched at the Frankfurt autoshow in september. The car will have basically the same options as the E60 and will weigh around 1600KG. Weight has been reduced by using aluminum and the body is partly plastic. A panorama glassroof will be available and a convertible will join the range later. Prices will be approximatly the same as for an equivalent 7-series. The 645Ci will do 0-100 in 5,6 seconds.
Pics available att www.autoweek.com and at www.pressclub.bmw.de
Regards/Robert

I think the SL looks more stunning I keep my faith in the M6
But it looks alot better than the spy pictures which is good. I think of the Chris Bangle BMWs I liek the new E60 5-series the most
Nice E60 with AC-Schnitzer aftermarket wheels:

I like it from every side but the nose. I don't know if I will like that...

I like everything but the nose, looks droopy for lack of a better description. However; I agree with Gustav that the SL (and CL as it's more the direct competitor) *looks* much better - but I'm sure this drives much better than the MB products.
