      Well, the M sport package is available for only 540i sport models to my knowledge. The wheels in the package are the 740i sport M parrellels(sp). I believe all other 5 series (530, 525) have same sprt package as always.

      Ref Sport Pack

      I thought the same thing as stated by TCM until I went to the dealer this weekend to see my M5. I found a US spec 530i with the sport pack on it which will look just like a 540 6sp when that rear badge comes off. When I saw the dealer rep later this week he confirmed that BMW was allowing some customers the option of doing this although it was expensive to do so.

      Fast 5 had that installed on his 540i, when i first saw it i said to myself hey nice m5 then when i looked inside i noticed it was a regular 5 series.
