Why not start with the high side listed on the door (even though that's for 18" sizes), 46 lbs., I think, but use that at all 4 corners, and work up/down from there? That should be safely sufficient to carry the load, and allow you to tune for the characteristics you want. Just a suggestion. YMMV. BTW, I've noticed with my 18" S03s that they seem a bit "softer" than the Pilots they replaced, so I'm using this very setting (46 lbs.) all around, and it seems to ride, respond and handle fine.

I can't speaK for the M5. I played around a lot with SO3s on my Z8. They are mounted on 19 inch rims. I found back over 40 lbs was wearing out my middle and obviousely didn't do much for traction. I am running 42 front 38 back which seems the best compromise for me.

Running 45/42 f/r on my new 18" SO3's with good results.

I noticed I didnt get as much tire patch on the road if I went much higher, unless I was way into a corner. What sizes are you running at 19"?

What are the widths of your rims? What are the sizes of your tires? The other factor, weight, we know.

The narrower your rim in comparison to the tire, the less pressure. The heavier the car, more pressure you need.

Say you had the same tire section width and rim width as an stock, I would use stock pressures.

I know a Cobra with 275's on 9 inch rims runs from 22 lbs to 27 lbs. But the car is 1600 lbs lighter.

But in the end, you need to test as all tires are different. That is why we have a range of recommended pressures.
