        After 1200 mile service

I got the 1200 mile service done a few days back. Didn't really notice a big difference except that I hear this fairly high pitched noise (kinda like the motor noise on a radio controlled truck) mainly in mid revs when on the 1st and 2nd. Is this normal?

I did the service at 1585 miles (had to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment), wonder if it's because of this?

Maybe it's the sound of the 400 horses screaming to be let run loose? No, seriously, I don't think the noise is "normal," especially if you didn't hear it before. You'll note from your invoice on the 1200 mi. service that the main thing they do (maybe all they do) is change the transmission fluid. Maybe they put the wrong kind in it or not enough? Just a guess. But from your description of the noise, it does seem like it's something rotating at high speed, like gears....
