Yes sir! H&R's are very nice, great ride. Wheels are 19" RDC HRE 's, with factory Porsche center caps (had HRE machine the centers to accept the fact caps) also had the inner hubs hard anodized black, it really adds contrast to the 540 spoke pattern. And is much easier maintenance.

Oak, what camera are you using to take those pictures? I can see that at wide angles you're experiencing vignetting which means that the four corners of your images are darkened. Either the lenses was poorly designed or you're using a magnifier. Just curious.

I'm not very camera savy so I don't know why they have the black corners, could be from some filters. Sorry, I can't help you with the info. But I do know it is taken with an Olympus. Sorry, the images are not up to your standards. I know they are crappy. But didn't feel like taking them over, wanted to drive the turbo!

Oak,

Didn't mean to imply that they're bad pictures. I was just curious about those black corners, that's all. I think they're GREAT pictures!

Yes, the stock diverter valves have a problem with leaking. This is well known to some owners, some have experienced a honking/moaning sound that is a sign of a failing DV. Most turbo owners probably aren't even aware the stock DV's are even leaking, they don't have to necessarily have to make the honkin/moaning sound.

I have had a leaking DV since day one. Went back to the dealer tech and explained it was the DV and he said, "they all make that sound." At that point I wasn't ready to accept my turbo knowing it wasn't at peak boost, so I changed it out myself.

The stock unit is made by Bosch, the same one they use on Audi/VW turbos. I have worked on VAG turbos and knew exactly what the problem was. There are turbo owners on their 2nd and 3rd stock replacements. Bosch is on their 6 revision of the valve. I didn't feel like dealing with the dealer and just replaced with the Bailey. I have had the Bailey on my other turbo engines with excellent results.

DV's function like a blow off/ pop off valve but instead of venting out to the atmosphere they vent back into the intake. The ones in the images are upgraded Bailey DV's. The boost comes on much quicker and much more solid and holds!
