Question on Stage II HID install???

I had HIDS4LESS install Stage II HID + Clear corners on my M5 today. I have noticed something: The driver's side (left) Xenon light is pointed lower than the right one. In other words, when I step out of the car about 20 feet away, I can stand up and look into the right one and see the "glare point" or the central focus of the beam, while for the left one I have to lay downon the ground to see the "glare point".
1) Is this normal??
2) Does the beam position need to be adjusted?

PS They were excellent people. I second Southshore M5s sentiments. These guys are genuine car nuts!!

I think that's the way it's supposed to be... the driver side is lower so that when you go around a corner, it won't blind the oncoming cars....

you gotta take pictures for us!

Tfung,
I agree with you. It also helps not blind oncoming traffic. However, I remember a pic posted recently (I think by Atomic 80)
Showing before and after pics of Stage II. He was standing in front of the car when he took the pic, and the pic shows the glare points of both driver and passenger side beams, simultaneously while standing in the middle. In my car, If I stand in front of the car, I only see the right beam glaring

Rezf,

It is the reflector, it is designed so the left points slightly down so as not to blind oncoming traffic. I just took a screwdriver and adjusted the left headlight until they both pointed with the same brightness. At the same time I adjusted the height of the beam on both to point higher, that is what I call Stage 1.5 HID. Goes well with my Dinan Stage .5 Suspension (stock shocks, stock springs, Dinan adjustable sway bar).
