Road & Track Magazine's image of E60
I just got the May '002 issue, and here's their computerized image of the E60:

We'll have to wait for the dreaded Bangle-butt pictures in the near future. Would I be tempting fate if I said it can't get any worse than the E65 7-series?

I dont think it looks too bad. But the thing is that I don't think it looks very aggressive. And the sides look boreing.
Still not gonna get too worked up until I see the final product.

Sorry, Greg. I was messing around with the link to see if I could post the image on this website using the "img" feature, but webshots does not allow it. Please click on the link again.

I think I fixed the link. I went to the community page and posted that address making sure there is no security tag in the address. Does it work?

Yeah, I got it so it must work now :}.
I'm one of the few that likes the new 7. I sat in one and played around at the dealer and its like First Class on a 747 in there...
The styling is nice and I actually like the rear- think its kindof nice- remembering this IS a luxury car. My fear is that the older folks won't like the I-drive as its 'may' be a little confusing for the much older set...but not us !
Anyway, the 7 style is great for a luxury car; However, I don't care for it on the M5- sports car.

I have always liked BMW's headlight designs until the 2002 E46 sedan and then the new 7 and now the new 5.....yuck.......I'm glad the pic does not show the rear as I would probably puke.......the E39 M5 has classic good looks with the best front and rear designs I have ever seen.....my $0.02

I think it looks agressive enough... If you think about it, the regular 5 series now isn't that agressive either.. it's just the M5 bodyparts that make the car agressive.....
