BMW M850CSi

Yup, it's finally official (at least new to me because I've just read it for the first time)!

The 850CSi is considered an M classic by BMW themselves. Have a look.

Hmmm,

What does this mean? A 50 year spare part availability for all the listed cars?

It means Bmw can supply spare parts for those models for at least 50 years. Same goes for the Z8.

Jetboy,

Somehow, I seriously doubt that, but I will ask my contact at BMW Mobile tradition.

With best regards,

RAymond

Sounds weird but it is not the first time I've read that. I wouldn't be surprised...

BMW Mobile Tradition are now remanufacturing kidney grills, badges and early rear spoilers for E24s. That is why I say I wouldn't be surprised.

Regards.

P.S: Let us know what you get.

Yes, please do so and share the info. I really didn't know that there was a guaranteed supply of spare parts for distinct classics over a period of time that long.

If that's true, an M635CSi will definetly join my collection in the near future!

This is what I was told by my contact at BMW mobile tradition.

spares for BMW M1 and M635CSi are covered or dealt with by Mobile Tradition, the other M models not yet.

Take care,

RAymond
