New member here
Hello all....I am a new member here who, if all goes well this summer, will buy a new M5 through the ED program to be picked up in September. I thought about a fully Dinan-ized 550i, but decided what the heck and will do an M5 instead....
Likely color is Space Gray (I love Black but considering I live in HOT country I am leaning towards SG or maybe Sepang)...SMG will be the likely tranny and interior will be black with Olive Ash wood
Looking forward to meeting new folks!!!
Cheers,

Wise decision, a fully "Dinan-ized" 550i would probably be more $ and still would never be an M5 at the end of the day. Welcome to the board.

Welcome! European Delivery is a great bonding experience (with the car). I highly endorse Sepang as a color choice, it's hot (Not thermal) and you won't see it coming at you the other way every day.

+10000.
I did ED for my 2008 M6 and loved it. I would also agree that Sepang would be a great alternate color to consider.

WOW!!! Mit vielen danken for all the warm and wonderful welcomes!!! The color choice is becoming agonizing, as I love the black (bloody sexxxxxy), Space Gray (cool and serene) and Sepang Bronze (sophisticated and subtle)......
To the poster who mentioned the Dinan-ized 550i....I agree and another important reason was the fact that I would likely get more money for a used M5 than I would for the loaded 550i....
Cheers to all and I look forward to more interaction!!!
