M5 Eisenmann Race exhaust: can you still drive it decent?

I know, a lot of topics on this, but i'm ready to order an Eisenmann Race for my '08 M5.

My question is: can you still drive it normal, i mean decent and mature?
I do want to have a very sporty sound when i'm driving spirited, but if i'm driving for 200km, can it still be "silent"?

I can't seem to find any good videos or sounds on this exhaust.
          Any links?

          Thx m8s!

BTW killed a Porsche Carrera 4S last week

You will hear the race version in the backround while cruising. It sounds amazing though. Go for it you will not regret it.
