Lesson Learned

I just picked up my new M6 yesterday and I told the dealer to not wash the car because of my experience with my new m5 a couple of years ago. I have attached the photos of what happened to my m5 and I am happy to say the m6 is FINE. But please use the attached photos as a lesson...thanks to the folks at detailing dynamics for fixing the shameful swirl job delivered by the dealer last time.

Looks like they were trying to remove the paint, not detail it.

I sometimes wonder how many ordinary Joes think that swirl marks are normal! Obviously the minumun wage help at some dealer's shops don't have a clue.
The managers should be hung!

Always glad to hear good things about Detailing Dynamics. My F-car is going there in 2 weeks to get a Capristo Exhaust installed and a full detailing (its first). Can't wait to see it when it comes back!

Yeah I remember awhile back when Beverly Hills BMW ruined a set of brand new custom HRE's and had to shell out 9K to the owner.
