interesting: they say they are car enthusiasts, if this were true then they could have at least washed it..................... the wheels are filthy!!

seriously though, with those miles and warranty you cant go wrong, just knock them on the price (because you should!) and you are sorted.

Good luck.

BavAuto is pretty close by. Not sure about any other indys in the area. Autowerkes in Freeport, ME is awesome, but may be a little too far away.

NEW DEVELOPMENTS:

member TCM was kind enough to offer going out of state to do the ppi for me so i'm just waiting on his call to arrange payment...

the car is advertised at 38k miles but infact has 40581...the dealer has already been informed to not put a single more mile until the ppi's road test...{my father's pretty pissed at this, and the first thing he said was "did any more m5s show up nearby" and i can understand why, but the car still has just under 41k which isn't bad except that now i'm thinking those 2500+ miles were pretty hard on the car, so what should i do..."personally i'm going to see what ppi finds and go from there"...oh! once i get the call from TCM i'm telling the dealer we're now in it for 39k not the 40k since i was expecting a sub 39k miles car not a 40k+mile}...
