Z-8 Wheels
I was surfing on e-bay and found Item #110205998394. It is listed as Alpina 18' with a 15 and a 25 mm offset. Does anyone have any information on these wheels? If they fit and do not weight a ton, It might be a nice setup.

Jack, I found the same item last month. I absolutely love the look of this wheel! While I agree with ///M Power about not being a huge fan of replicas, I took the time to find out who supplies the guy on Ebay and called the manufacturer directly to learn about the specs of their wheels. I will be getting the wheel from them in the coming months, as I consider spending $1000 on EACH wheel from Alpina ludicrous! PM me if you'd like, and I will share with you what I learned...Doug

I respect your opinions, but you really should see that wheel in person before you pass judgement... Google the Z8 Alpina version. I think it's tight.

We should see them on an M5 before we pass judgement. Anyone want to photoshop that?

I started this thread thinking that the Alpina Z 8 wheels would look interesting on an E39 M5. Whoever is good at putting wheels on cars take a shot. Let's see what it would look like. WHY NOT??
