Anybody have any experiance wiht the Olympus C-3040?

Ok I have been talking/thinking about it for a while and I think the time has finally come..
After a fair bit of research I think I want the Olympus C-3040. I have read a lot of good things about it.
          Any advice?
I've been checking out sites on http://www.pricescan.com/ but I'm a little bit nervous about it. For an extra $100 I can but it from a local dealer... who I know is gonna be around for a while.

          Mega Thanks!

It's great , IMO is one of the best digital cameras out there , even if it's not that new ... It's quite compact , high-res images , nice quicktime movies with sound too , it has realistic colors (not fairy-tale colors some cameras have... i think that colors should have been realistic and they are in that camera)... what else I can say? Nice connection with the PC , be sure to get one at good price and buy an extra 64 Mb or even 128 Mb smartmedia card , you'll find it useful , about that i'm concerned...

Have fun with your new cam...

If you were from Poland you would have to buy it from my electronics store , but you're in the Canada so i'll eventually let you do it somewhere else...

Thanks a lot guys! I'm buying it tomorrow! YEY! This board is soo GREAT for information!

I'm buying it through a dealer here. He's cutting me a deal here for the Olympus C-3040, 64mb card, and carrying case for just $1,070cdn. ($687US) I think it's a good deal... at least I don't have to go through the hassle of mail ordering.

Thanks a lot! I'll post pics if I can find anything relevant to take them of!
