Installing Hella Horns

I'm trying to change the OEM horns to Hellas (300/500Hz and 118db loud).
However my dealer (Rallye) will not do it, stating there is not the usual relay for the horns and that the wires leading to the original car horns are coming out of the junction box that controls many other items as well. He continues that if he connects the new horns it might mess up the junction box and cost mucho bucks to replace.
I replaced my original horns to Hellas on my 2000 E39 540 with no problem, but that car did not have anywhere near the sophistication of the computers in the new M5.
Does anyone have any experience with changing the horns on their 2006 or 2007 M5? And if so, please give me details and how you did it. I understand the physical part of this is not difficult, since the horns are in front of each front tire and you just have to remove the wheel well cover toward the front of the car to access the horns.
Thanx in advance.
Brett

I add a Whelen 100 watt electronic air horn to all my vehicles. They make a model with PA also. It really gets people out of your way.

I have to admit, I clicked this link thinking "mmm childish" what the H is wrong with the standard horn.

I'm ashamed to say that I spent 3 odd minutes giggling like a stupid teenager at the clip.

That is some horn!!

The standard horn is just not as loud as I'd like it.
We're driving a $100,000 car and when idiots on the road might drift into me and their windows are closed and they're listening to loud music, I want them to really hear me.
BTW - that clip - although very funny - the guy who owns that horn is an idiot - he's using it to scare the sh*t out of people, instead of cars that might drive into him.

Given the way this car is wired up, I wouldn't be surprised if the horn routes through the iDrive system, therefore allowing us to change the horn and replace it with our favorite MP3.

Oh, I forgot, but only after buying a special cable from BMW. For $129.95.
