Just received my "clear corners" light kit from Bavarian Autosport. Yes, these are the real thing, Hella Xenon Angel Eyes with clear lenses, bulbs included, and the quality is perfect. Price was $849.95 with 2nd day shipping being an additional $18.95.

Now, if I just had a car to install them in, I would be in heaven! My 2002 Lemans blue M-5 is built, (week 42), but not shipped. Since the car will be shipped to the west coast, I won't be receiving it until December I fear. The wait is killing me!!! Oh well, maybe Beewang will take pitty on me and give me a ride in his when he speeds through Salem!

I just got my angel eyes as well the other day. $780 from bekkers though. I also need a car to install them on!! Just a few more days!

man this sucks...when I got mine from bekker's back in June they were $1291 for the pair! Are you sure that the ones you guys got are the HID version with auto leveling? ...grrr....Oh well, I like the way they look!

Still awaiting mine from Bekkers. Unfortunately I ordered from them before I figured Bavarian was a far better deal. They sold me mine for $849 and for those of you who didnt witness the fiasco, it was pulling teeth.

All in all, Im very unimpressed with Bekkers:
-Horrible consistency with customers.(ie: just look at all the different prices people on this page have paid for the same product!)
-Poor communication with the customer.(ie: they said my lights would be here thursday so I called on Wednesday to make sure they have shipped and surprise surprise, they dont have any in stock to ship me!)
-Competitor bashing. I dont mean to revisit old topics but his one really eats at me!!!

I think I will be doing my business with Bavarian Autosport and other aftermarket companies from now on. Oh well, their loss!

I agree...I won't be ordering from Bekkers ever again! I know of several people who've ordered from them only to receive the WRONG products repeatedly!

They were pretty good about getting the headlights out to me when promised but like CM5GO said..they were horribly inconsistent when it came to actual customer contact. I would get different answers from different people about my order.

Sad to say that at the time of my transaction with them, they had the lowest prices around for the angel headlights.

One thing though is that I have a feeling that some of you that have gotten the angel eyes from bekkers for $839-$850 may have gotten the wrong ones. Better check your headlights when they arrive. I had to call them THREE times to make sure that they were sending me the right headlights...the angel eye units with HID and the self leveling mechanism. I wish I had the exact part numbers handy. When you first get the order...look at the box which should have "HELLA" all over...look for the little white sticker and it should say "angel eyes with xenon"...open it up.. and look at the back of the headlights there should be a small motor connected to it which is the auto leveling mechanism.

See the picture...sorry for the poor quality but this was a quickie job.

I was lied to. Our friend Anthony at Bekkers sent me the wrong units!!!!! He sent me the unit without the HID!! I called today (Sunday) and spoke with the manager Mark, who just happened to be there by luck. Anthony sold me the wrong parts he said.

I did check at least 3 times to make sure that these are the right parts before ordering. I even had him fax me a copy of my order that gave me the part numbers, desciption that said HID-angel eyes-clear corners-w/ auto leveling. What more could I have done?? Damn Bekkers!! Never again!!

Both units have the self leveling feature, just make sure it's HID!

I have not ordered anything from that company. Those casings are clear corners for the 2000 lights, not the angel eyes.

Wongster: uh...those headlights on ebay are from the 2000 M5's.. they're not angel eye headlights.
