Yes, you still can ask the NASA for older Apollo 11 Propergol engines. In all respect, I however find very sad :
1- To have "destroyed" one M3 E30 for this wild customization
2- To know a B7 Turbo engine is lost (Sorry B7 Turbo owners)
Having said that, everybody must feel free to customize his own car without limits. IMHO, the discussion could however take place on a different board.

Let's not jump to a hasty judgement, Yannick - maybe it was a marriage of two cars that would not have otherwise been viable on their own (perhaps a crashed B7 and an M3 with a blown engine) - we just don't know the circumstance.
That said, I'm with Dave - this must be a pretty awesome combination. And I'd love to take a drive in it. It brings together two of my favorite things - the e30 M3 chassis (and yes, I'd love to have a B6S someday) and the B7 turbo motor. It's a step that Alpina never took. Would you have considered it such a sacrilege if they had done it? Personally, I'd have been pretty jazzed.
Finally, with all due respect, I think this is a great place to discuss the tuning of an Alpina motor, regardless of the chassis it's mounted in. That's my HO...
Saeed, I agree with Dave - Pat Philpott is probably a good starting reference for you. Engine management is likely your best first step, and Pat has some experience at it with these motors. Can you tell us what version of the engine you have, or what chassis and year B7 it came out of? I have an '86 B7 Coupe, and I do know the Coupe engine for this series was fitted with a different cam, resulting in modest HP & torque gains (about 10%) over the Saloons. There's also some more generalistic tweaks that could result in more power - extrusion honing of the intake manifold, water to air intercooling, etc.
You need to consider the system as a whole, and understand how each mod affects the system. Another good resource would be Todd DeHate at Turbocharging Dynamics. You can reach him at (what else?) www.turbochargingdynamics.com. He builds systems for M30 and M20 motors, and is putting some serious power to the wheels. His understanding of turbo systems is stellar.
Finally, I'll echo Dave once more - post some pics! I'd also like to get more on the story of how this car came to be. Best of luck!

Well having owned and driven E30 M3, B6S and B6 (only driven that one, not owned) can I say that the M3 is best left alone .... The B6 is a much better car than the B6S (in fact I sold the B6S after only a few months ownership, to rebuy a M3).
I can only guess the combo of a B7 engine in the E30 would be like, great in a straight line, **** in the twisties ...
No hasty judgement from my side, sorry if some people did feel offended, just a simple - classic- reaction :p
In fact we have here the classic -never ending- discussion :On the one hand we have people like me, much more interested in the authenticity aspect (a car must remain original) and on the other hand we have people like saeed, much more interested in the power aspect (no problem to have a B7 E30).
This is no scoop at all to gently say both worlds are different. This is the way it is

Understood. And I don't know his circumstance, either. I could be defending a guy who ripped a motor out of a perfectly good B7 - but I hope not!
I'd like to think that I'm the point where those worlds collide! I wrote up a big rant, but deleted it and just decided to put my end point here. When I finally get to restore my B7, it will be as much as I can make it, authentic. But in areas that leave room for improvement, I will have no problem improving the car. Here's to respecting each other's approach to life, and to Alpinas!
