No need to import from Germany : simply order in one of the three belgian Alpina representatives
=http://www.bmwalpina.be]Alpina Belgium .
The B5 will be available for order as soon as presented by Alpina Buchloe.
My information on this B5 is the following:
4,4 l compressor, +/- 470 bhp (30 less than on the B7)
600 Nm
The perfs will be similar to the M5, with the traditional more subtle handling (sport/confort) than on the M5.
Auto gear box would be the only proposed option, but with 6 gears.
Touring version will be available as well.
Planned presentation: January 2005. Tests are currently ongoing.
