Weird seat memory problem

My daughter (2 years old) loves playing in the car. Unfortunately the last time I left her inside for a few minutes, she seems to have done something to my electric seats. Now whenever I unlock the car via the remote key fob, the driver's seat raises itself up to a position which makes me bang my head when I get in.

The seat memory is still working, in that if I select one of the stored settings, the seat moves back to where it should be. But then the next time I walk up and unlock the car, the seat moves out of position again.

Anyone know what's going on?? I assume it's something she did - but it might be coincidence. (BTW I have the older key fob style which as far as I know doesn't store any settings in the key itself)

Any help would be appreciated!

found the problem

It was my daughter. She'd obviously stood on the seat adjustment button - the button itself was at an angle and the switch mechanism had been bent so that the "up" switch was permanently beign pushed.

The weird thing is that once in the car, the seat movement stopped and I was able to select the right position using the memory buttons. If the seat had kept trying to raise itself constantly I would have checked the switch sooner...

Kids, eh??
