b7 manual

Does anybody know where I can get a copy of this? It does not have to be an original, email, copy, faxed, download link, or whatever is fine.

I shared a color pdf scan of mine a while back, but it's too large to email.
Need to have some kind of file hosting site to upload/download to.

Any way I can upload it to your server?
It's ~42meg, and too big to email.

If needed, I can grant FTP-access to a folder on my site for uploading.
