Need Help with Alpina Wheels ('07 B7)

I just bought an 07 Alpina B7. The car is all that I was hoping for. I love it. There is a small snafu. I have neither the wheel lock nor the key that unlocks the cover over the lugs. I went to the local BMW dealer, and it was as if I was speaking in a different language. They said that they were not very familiar with Alpinas despite having had at least one in the dealership. Do any of you have any advice as to how to proceed? Any help would be appreciated. Are the wheel keys distinct for each car?

Thanks in advance.

If you don't have the key for the locking cover you have no choice but to drill the lock. The locking mechanisme is too good quality to overcome easily without risk of damaging the wheels.

If you can wait (i.e. all 4 tires are in good condition and not losing air) then the cheapest solution is to drill 1 lock. Just drill through the lock cilinder with a drill of the same/slightly smaller size. On the back of the lock is the key/lock number. You can then order 1 lock + matching keys directly from Alpina. I don't remember the cost but it wasn't much more than $25-30 per lock.

Before you go hacking your lovely wheels to bits... empty the first aid kit out completely... I found a small bag with all four brand new keys (identical) in mine, after wondering what to do about the one mangled key that was in the tool kit.
Hope you find 'em...

I agree with looking in the first aid kit, good place to keep it along with the holder for the plastic wallet spare key.

KSK Distributing in Burbank may be able to help you with this: KSK Distributing - The Only ALPINA USA Partner - 818|843-2620

I know they can supply the lock cover caps and the lock pullers, so they may have the keys as well for your Alpina VIN.

Tire pressure went low due to the cold temps recently. Had to bore out the locks and have them replaced. I am gonna send the bill to the dealer I bought it from and hope they send me a check. (doubtful I know) So there was no solution. I even contacted Alpina Directly.
