My E24 has silver deko and 17" wheels and my friends E28 has gold deko and 18" Softline wheels(from E39)
Took the picture after a car meeting last weekend at Rosersbergs Castle outside Stockholm, not so often that one can see two Achatgrün B7 Turbos togheter
Great pic, but your buddy should consider period correct wheels on his B7. I am thinking "low rider" when I see his car on those modern large wheels. All it is missing is curb feelers and fuzzy dice (kidding of course but you get my drift).

On this meeting he started to mention original indicator glasses so there is still hope for him
But I have to say that he has done a superb job with that car during 3 years , when he got it it was a pice of crap
The engine had a cracked 2,8 liter cylinderhead and the body looked like it has been pushed down the Mount Everest
But I have to agree with Danish that the E28 is just a little too pimped. By the way, what's the English translation of Achatgrun? It looks a bit like Malachite Green?
(kidding of course but you get my drift).
