little friend for the BT

On my search for a track toy i found this one last sunday and as i'm still a bit excited about it i thought i'd share it with you.

The car is a e30 325i type 1 from 1986 with 199000km from the first owner.The man bought the car new in Belgium when he was 61 and registered it in Holland in 2001.The car was mainly used for trips to there second home in france.He owned it untill he died last year.His wife kept the car in garage for the past year but while she didn't drive it she asked her son in law to sell it.

The car has always been garage kept and was never smoked in.It has all the stamps from the dealer up untill last year and and all the original keys and tools came with it.
It has an electrical sunroof and windows.It also has abs and sper diff.The car drives,shift,feels,smells and looks like new.Here are some pics i took with my phone today;

I almost forgot the best part;I paid 2250 euro for it

E30 325 is a fantastic car,,,
still today 170 ps and 1200 kg ,, it is a old quick fellow,,
in EU it is one of the most popular DRIFT-car around,,

strip it out ((-150/180 kg )) LSD is must ,,, good suspension ,, rollcage
and you have a track car you can enjoy to the end,,

ps,, @ Nürburgring were i keep my cars ,, there are 2 guys from Holland ,, both of them driving E30 325 they entertain drift lesson in Holland for all kinds of company,, and i am told they are very fast on the Nordschleife (( compared what the car can do in power ))

Here are some video impressions i made just to show how good the base of our Alpina engines with 'only' 171hp and 226nm already is.

3th gear 1000-6000rpm(25-140km/h)
YouTube - e30 325i 3rth gear 1000-6500 rpm(25-140kmh)

0-100km/h in around 7sec( had to hold the camara upside down,needed my right hand for shifts)
YouTube - bmw e30 325i 0-100 7sec.
