B10 Biturbo slightly lower rear right

I've noticed the car is slightly lower on the rear right side than the rear left side. It can be seen as the wheel well creeps closer to the wheel on the right side. There are also marks on the inner wheel well from contact with the wheel, and the wheel has marks of course.

I can't see any leak on the dampers...can it be worn springs. or some fault in the self levelling system?

Could be tired suspension as you suggest.

The SLS can only really be measured with the engine running and after a short drive - it needs to be pressurised.

Each SLS leg should raise or lowe the rear by the same amount (spheres ok?) so if it's down one side it could be a leak on that side, faulty sphere or weak spring.

As for the lateral movement, that sounds like subframe bushes - when I go to the Ring, I can feel quite a bit of elasticity at the rear and the wheel will make contact with an inner arch if I push it enough - renew the bushes if your very worried.

Other than that, you need a specialist and a ramp!

Cheers,

Dave.
