Oldest Alpina b10T

Hi, I saw on add at mobile(B10-Turbo) on the red one numer 3 the press car. In the add it says that this is probably the oldest B10T still alive.

Is that right is nr:3 the oldest biturbo still alive?

From the add:

Baujahr 8/1989 und Erstzulassung 3/1990, wahrscheinlich der älteste Bi-Turbo der noch existiert. Sammler Zustand !!!!! im Kunden Auftrag

I heard that No. 1 was stolen out of the show room in geneve. It was found several years later in JP(Japan).I never heard anything about the 2nd one.

I've heard this was a test car for a German parts manufacturer and it was totaled in an accident.

I have heard that # 0001 was burned out. It was owned by VDO.

# 0002 was probably somewhere in switzerland and nobody has heard about it anymore since years.

So in my opinion # 0003 is the oldest BiTurbo that still exists.

kind regards.

Ralf

It was the car in the Concorde advert. Not the "press car" per se, but in the press.
