As many as people order, within reason...

Outside the US, Alpina doesn't normally specify limited production runs (notable exceptions being the B7 Turbo S, etc.), but since only the cognoscenti tend to order them, there will probably be 100-200 built, I'd have thought - depends if Japan and the Gulf fall for it in a big way!
