Can anyone pinpoint the issue? Thanks
Maybe I can shed some light too

First of all the EGT sensor needs to be disabled and removed from the system. This was done as a campain through BMW a long time ago. It requires them to hook her up to the GT1 disable the device and then remove it completely. This sensor was not used on thr later E39 M5 or later Z8's because it proved to be a problem child.

The next two could interrelated as such I would have the EGT removed first, all faults cleared and then see how happy she remians. If the last three (I should say 2) because she should not be runing low on fuel then I suspect an O2 as such the fuel control issue was presented because the system was attemting to trim more than designed.

Regardless; have the EGT sensor disabled and then removed. You CAN NOT simply remove it; it must be disabled prior to removing or you will forever have a fault code.... clear the codes and see what follows

All the best
