The first two things are not fixable. The rear view mirror will fail to return if it is not given enough time to angle all the way down. It's a firmware glitch and there is no known cure, although that problem doesn't exist in my M3.

The nav system often changes scale on its own. I could never figure out why. It might be something that's fixed with the latest v.26 Nav operating system software, so ask the dealer to reflash it.
