10-15 minutes to download your program to send to PC and about the same to upload new version into your car. That includes reading the directions 3 times just to make sure, and hooking up the computer to the car. If you do run into a problem, Joel is usually available by phone to walk you through any problems. It's so easy, even a BMW tech could do it!
