Jajo, I hope your dealership makes things right for you. If not, promptly proceed to the other 4 dealerships, interview their service department personnel, and take your car to the one that impresses you the most. I am now a firm believer in having my car serviced by the same team each and every time, rather than by luck of the draw. As in a patient-physician relationship, the rapport one has with the service staff enhances the overall quality of the experience.
