You should be upset. And you are right about them POSSIBLY taking you lightly because you are young. But, if you approach them Monday (in person) and politely ask to see the SERVICE MANAGER, then conduct yourself in a very FIRM but calm & businesslike manner, you should make quite an impression and they will realize you aer to be taken seriouly REGARDLESS of your age!
