From main menu, select DSP
Look at setting in upper right of screen, if "off" click On/Off -- it should show current setting, Concert, Memo 2, etc.
Click Memo
Scroll to Memo 1 and select
Scroll to Room/Echo and select
Set Room size and Echo then click return
Click Set
Set levels 80 through 12K then click return
Click Memo
Scroll to Memo 2 and select
Scroll to Room/Echo and select
Set Room size and Echo then click return
Click Set
Set levels 80 through 12K then click return
Click Memo
Scroll to Memo 3 and select
Scroll to Room/Echo and select
Set Room size and Echo then click return
Click Set
Set levels 80 through 12K then click return
Press main menu button

If that does not work, then you probably have a software problem.
