Your times are actually damn good.
The G-Tech will report 1/4 mile times and speeds which are better than a dragstrip (for obvious reasons to those who run on the strip).
To get the good numbers, you have to run with DSC off, experiment with wheel spin off the line, and try not to light up the tires on the 1->2.
The cold air intake isn't going to give you any noticeable increase on performance (IMHO), just as the exhaust isn't going to either. This isn't a Viper or a Vette, the parts just don't get you much. There are so many other factors, that +/- 10 hp just won't matter.
Keep trying, and yes, some magazine tests are not quite "real world." They can adjust rear tire pressure or spray a bit of "traction" compound on the rears.
