Your 0-60 times appear a bit slow by about half a second. How did you launch the car? If you are having trouble off the line it could explain the lower than expected times. Although your 1/4 mile time appears reasonable. The cold air/higher flowing intake you installed should bring you close to breaking the 12 second barrier. However, the free-flowing exhaust may hurt low end torque. Sometimes higher flowing exhaust systems reduce backpressure too much and cause the loss of power down low. This could be why the 0-60 times are slower and the increased horsepower is barely overcoming that lost time at the end of the 1/4 mile.
