I've had success using flannel as a polishing cloth. An old 100% cotton flannel sheet cut into squares and washed in a very cheap laundry detergent (no lingering chemical "softeners") works great. I learned this tip courtesy of Larry Renolds (www.carecareonline.com) who has given many car care demonstrations at PCA Potomac events. I'm going to try one of the microfiber cloths also. Ever-searching for the perfect shine...
