Mattar - no, the ring lights are "as delivered"

Peter - the gear knob and handbrake came from the factory in leather (I made a mention of that when I first posted pics). It seems that BMW chose the cheap way to fix the peeling trim problem!! The center armrest is standard (I didn't order a phone). I like it a lot, very comfortable when pulled forward. I think I remember a thread where some US people were talking about replacing theirs with this one.

Carmen - no, it switches off once the handbrake is released (you still get sound though). I do want it to stay on so I'll have to try and find out how to hack it - then I'll put in a DVD player and hopefully my girlfriend will watch the TV not my speedometer.
