It appears we've been talking to some of the same people. I spoke to Will 2 days ago so I'm aware of his upcoming trip, years of experience, and the experience of the RI he uses in MD to federalize the M5, etc...

I have also spoken with a true gentlemen from the East Coast, who spent 3 hours (!) with me on the phone last night giving me so much information about the M5 and likely challenges of the importation / federalization process my head is still swimming...

I'm new to this post and I don't want to start throwing names around regarding conversations I've had to date regarding my original post until I check with people first, especially given that what I've asked for is personal recomendations regarding specific ICI / RI's and shipping companies, etc...

So, I will send you a personal email and invite you to explore the possibility of working together on this 'project' and then share the appropriate information back to the messageboard for the benefit of everyone. That, afterall, is what messageboards are all about.
