If the paint isn't broken up where those dent marks are then you've got a chance. Try finding a paintless dent removing service in your area. Be sure to ask your dealership or anyone else for that matter who they recommend. Not all of them do a good job but if you do find someone, hang on to them with your dear lives! They really do good work and in some cases your insurance will cover it.
