Rob,

Why did you sell? Just curious, as I've been going through some restlessness about my car, even though I know it is still a better car than almost everything that I can (or chose to, more precisely) afford. And, I can't loose the feeling that I would miss my M5 and regret the change. I've looked at a few E55/E63s (among others) but can't get beyond the automatic transmission. I know the E63 has larger paddle shifters than the E55.

I'd appreciate an update in a few months on how you like the E63 and how you find the auto box and handling, etc. PM me if you'd rather.
