There are i think 5 or 6 clamps located on the inside of both of the front two grills...All you have to do is pop those clamps up, and the grills will pull out. The way I did it was i took out the bolts that hold the front bumper on, which gives u just enough space to pull the bumper forward slightly and reach your hand in between to get at the clamps. You may also be able to release the clamps without moving the bumper if u can get your hand or a screwdriver through the grates on the grill, but its much more difficult that way. Probably took me about 15 minutes total to remove and replace both of my grills with that method, and I wasn't rushing at all. If you go to "bimmian.com", they have instructions with pictures on this process, but you don't really need it.
