Good catch - here's my response to Charlie's PM:

Yes, it was a heck of a surprise to me, but that's my car and it's not currently for sale.

The guy that posted the ad I guess did it to see what kind of price he could get. I told him I'd be selling early next year. He owns a BMW shop here in town, and his Dad wants to buy the car when I'm ready.

I'm replacing it with a new 7 series, AND a track-ready Cayman S. I'll pick up both cars around March of next year, and that's when my beast will go to some lucky owner. It's really been an incredible car, and I've treated it very, very well.

I should add that the only major problems I've had with the car are with the tranny, full drivetrain (tranny, clutch, pressure plate) replacement at 25K miles, clutch position sensor at 60K and hydraulic actuator at 70K. That's why I got the extended warranty...
